Information we receive
If you contact us, we receive what you choose to send: your name, work email, selected service and conversation type, project description, and any follow-up messages. Please do not include passwords, payment card details, health information, or another person's sensitive information in an initial inquiry.
When you submit the inquiry form, our server checks the fields and sends the message to our team through Brevo. We also save a copy in a private Google Sheet used to track inquiries. Contacting us does not add you to a marketing list. Brevo, Google, and our mailbox provider process the information needed for those steps.
Our hosting provider may process technical details needed to deliver and protect the site, such as IP address, browser information, requested pages, and time of access. If optional analytics is enabled and you consent, Google Analytics may also receive page paths, device and browser information, and approximate location derived from network information. We do not send the contents of inquiry messages to analytics.
How we use it

- To keep records of business conversations and protect the website from misuse.
- Only with your permission, to understand aggregate website use and improve the pages people visit.
We do not use this website's inquiry information for automated decisions about you. We do not sell visitor information or share it for cross-site advertising. If privacy law requires a legal basis, responding to your request can be a step toward a contract or a legitimate business interest, site security is a legitimate interest, and optional analytics relies on consent.
How long we keep information
The consent cookie expires after 180 days. We keep inquiry emails and their spreadsheet entries while a request is active and for as long as needed to follow up, maintain business records, resolve disputes, or meet legal obligations. We review older inquiries and remove them from the mailbox and spreadsheet when those reasons no longer apply. Our host may retain security and access logs under its configured schedule. If analytics is active, we keep its event data for the period set in our Google Analytics property to measure site use. You can contact us for the current period.

You can use the site without optional analytics. You may withdraw analytics consent at any time in Cookie settings. You can also email info@ilunonsen.com to ask about, correct, or delete information you sent us. We use reasonable measures appropriate to a small business website and limit access to inquiry emails and the spreadsheet to people who need them for the conversation. No website or email system can guarantee absolute security. This site is intended for business inquiries and is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child sent us personal information, contact us so we can address it.
